Autumn Truffles
Each pack contains 2 Autumn Truffles.
A pork and apple truffle coated in hoisin sauce form the basket. Black pudding, a creamy pepper sauce and mozzarella cheese is placed inside the basket and topped with a cherry tomato.
Cooking instructions: Use the foil tray provided. Remove the lid and cook for 25 mins at 180c.

Madhuban Jalfrezi Curry Sauce is unique because it has a super restaurant-style curry gravy made ultra-tasty with chopped onion, garlic, ginger, tomato, green capsicum, fresh coriander, and chili.

When we think of the curry restaurant korma, we picture in our minds a very mild curry, pale golden in colour and of thickish creamy texture, enhanced by the use of creamed coconut. In fact, Korma refers to a cooking style, where only ghee or oil is used in the initial cooking with garlic, ginger, and onion.
T-Bone Steaks

These monster steaks are a real treat. Containing a piece of fillet steak and a piece of sirloin that is matured and sliced on the bone.
As there are two cuts of meat with different cooking properties we recommend placing the fillet to the outside of the grill pan to ensure no overcooking.
