Our salted products have a taste like no other, minimal shrinkage on cooking and maximum flavour. The Yorkshire cured gammon and dry cured middle bacon are a real hit with the locals.

Our mild cured Yorkshire ham is a real treat, there is no need to soak the ham in water as this will wash off all the flavour and may make the product bland.
We recommend roasting the joint in the oven. If you select a joint larger than 3kg we will supply a cooking bag which locks in flavour and ensures the propduct does not dry out.
