Autumn Truffles
Each pack contains 2 Autumn Truffles.
A pork and apple truffle coated in hoisin sauce form the basket. Black pudding, a creamy pepper sauce and mozzarella cheese is placed inside the basket and topped with a cherry tomato.
Cooking instructions: Use the foil tray provided. Remove the lid and cook for 25 mins at 180c.
Balti Sauce
Balti is a type of curry. It has achieved cult status in the west in a remarkably short space of time. Indeed, the very word Balti is as alien to most of the people of the subcontinent, as was the curry when that word was coined long ago. Balti's origins, as with all such food, goes back a long time. The northern-most part of the subcontinent is Pakistan's Kashmir, a part of which is called Baltistan.
Chicken Pizza
Each pack contains an 8oz juicy chicken breast fillet butterflied and coated with our Italian inspired tomato sauce, then topped with mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and finely chopped herbs. 1 required per person.
Cooking instructions: Use the foil tray provided, remove the lid and cook for 20 mins at 180c.
Medium Bhuna Curry Sauce
The Bhoona (or Bhuna) is the Hindi and Urdu term for the process of cooking a wet ground masala (spice mixture) or ground spice paste in hot oil, slowly frying out all the water content. It is the most important part of curry cooking since it is this process that removes the raw taste of the spices and releases the essential oils, creating that wonderful well-rounded taste that we expect of our curry, in which no one spice predominates the taste-buds.
Summer Truffles
Lean beef cuts that is seasoned and minced form the basket. Inside the basket consists of chimichurri sauce and mozzarella cheese. This is finished of with a dusting of seasoning and cherry tomato. contents: 2 Per tray (1 basket per serving) cooking instructions: Use the foil tray provided.
