Jalfrezi Curry Sauce
Jalfrezi or Jal Farajee, or Jal Frezi, or Jalfri. Meaning: Bengali: Jal or Jhal means ‘pungently spicy’ and frezi, ‘stir-fry’.

Korma Sauce
