Autumn Truffles
Each pack contains 2 Autumn Truffles.
A pork and apple truffle coated in hoisin sauce form the basket. Black pudding, a creamy pepper sauce and mozzarella cheese is placed inside the basket and topped with a cherry tomato.
Cooking instructions: Use the foil tray provided. Remove the lid and cook for 25 mins at 180c.
Chicken Pizza
Each pack contains an 8oz juicy chicken breast fillet butterflied and coated with our Italian inspired tomato sauce, then topped with mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and finely chopped herbs. 1 required per person.
Cooking instructions: Use the foil tray provided, remove the lid and cook for 20 mins at 180c.
Summer Truffles
Lean beef cuts that is seasoned and minced form the basket. Inside the basket consists of chimichurri sauce and mozzarella cheese. This is finished of with a dusting of seasoning and cherry tomato. contents: 2 Per tray (1 basket per serving) cooking instructions: Use the foil tray provided. Remove the lid and cook for 25 mins at 180oc.
