Each pack contains 2 x 8oz butterflied chicken fillets coated in lemon chilli.
As the fillets are butterflied they are fantastic on the BBQ or equally as good in the oven.
Using a 1.5kg chicken we remove the backbone and rib bones and marinate the whole bird.
The chicken will then lay flat on the BBQ ensuring succulence and an even cook.
